“E”系列半自动冰淇淋锥筒焙烤机
这些焙烤机用以生产冰淇淋锥筒、杯及其它的花式深孔空心华夫产品。它们可按客户要求配备燃气或电力加热装置。
模子的上半部(阳模)用以模制锥芯,安装在两根钢柱上。这些钢柱还具有导向作用,以便用手动杆控制焙烤模在垂直方向上开启和闭合。
机器配有衡重体以利此项操作。
模子的下半部(阴模)可有两排至八排模腔,视机型和产品直径而定。上、下两个半模垂向分离之后,可利用手动杆将下半模的各个单元水平分开。由于设有特殊的“退出”槽,锥筒能自动脱模而落入模子下方的收集容器。下半模的导向装置固定在钢制机身上。下半模合上后,即可利用倾注装置将下一批面糊同时浇入模腔中,该装置能精确控制面糊浇入量。
这些焙烤机只需要几项简单的动作,可由任何非熟练人员操作。
E25型是双排焙烤机。E50型可能焙烤三至六排锥筒,决定于产品直径。E100型则可焙烤三至八排。
These baking machines are used for the production of ice-cream
cones, cups and other deep hollow wafers with fancy patterns.
Depending on the customer's requirements, they can be supplied
with gas or electric heating.
The upper section of the mold(the male half), which molds
the cone cores, is mounted on two steel pillars. These two
pillars are also used as guides for vertically opening and
closing the baking mold, by way of a hand lever. Counterweights
are fitted to make this easier.
Depending on the model and the diameter of the product,
the lower section of the mold(the female half) can consist
of two to eight rows of mold openings. After the upper and
lower mold sections have been separated vertically, the individual
elements of the lower mold section are separated horizontally
using a hand lever. Thanks to special “ejector” grooves, the
cones detach themselves automatically and fall into a collecting
container below the baking mold. The guides for the lower
section of the mold are attached to the steel body of the
machine. When the lower mold section has been closed, the
batter for a new batch can be poured into all the mold openings
simultaneously using a tilt-and-pour device which permits
precise quantity control.
These baking machines can be operated by any unskilled worker
performing urst a few simple actions.
Model E25 is double-rowed. Depending on the diameter of
the cones being produced, the E 50 baking machine can have
three to six rows and the E 100 version three to eight rows.
